Pole Dancing for Fitness

 
 Pole dancing is an exciting and addictive form of exercise which tones and strengthens not only your body but also your self esteem.  An hour workout on the pole can burn hundreds of calories while toning your entire body, improving stamina and flexibility. Providing a cardiovascular workout which helps to improve your inner health.
The main difference between pole dancing and other forms of exercise is the self confidence pole dancing brings which 'running to nowhere' at the gym could never acheive!
 
All classes are aimed at everyday normal women for the purpose of keeping fit, improving body image and self confidence.
The dancefit studio is a private women only environment.
No ex-dancers, gymnasts or show off's.

Pole Dancing lessons

 

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced courses at The Dancefit Studio in Peterborough. The studio is equipped with 6 dance poles and can accommodate up to 20 people for private parties etc.

 

 

 

 

Pole Fitness Classes

 

Once you've learned to pole dance you'll want to continue to use your new skills to keep you in shape.

These classes are for anyone who has completed an intermediate course and can climb and perform static holds on the pole.

Non-students welcome

 

 

 

 

Pole and Burlesque Parties

 

Great for birthdays parties, hen nights or any girlie night out. A mix of pole and burlesque dance for groups of between 10 and 20 people.
