Bookings Policy
Upon booking you are entering into an agreement with us to use our services on dates and times requested.
Cancellations can only be made upto 7 working days before commencement of services.
After this time refunds will not be given.
All cancellations are subject to a £10.00 administration fee which will be charged before any refunds are given.
Changes to dates can be made upto 7 working days before commencement of services free of charge.
After this time a £10.00 administration fee will be charged.
Changes will not be confirmed until the £10.00 administration fee has been received.
If the fee is not received your booking will be treated as a cancellation.
No refunds or reductions will be given for missed classes.
We reserve the right make changes to the services offered at any time.
