What should i wear etc?

 

Comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement

Shorts are not a necessity during level 1

Footwear: barefoot, ballet slippers or slipper socks.

Normal socks are not suitable for safety reasons.

Bring water to the lesson with you

Do not use hand cream or lotion on the day of the lesson

Optional extras: Heels (from level 2), Wrist bands, Knee pads.

 

Where do lessons take place?

 

Alternative fitness is a purpose built pole dance studio specially equipped with 7 dance poles                                                                                          

 

Where is the studio situated?

 

The studio is located approx 1 mile outside the Peterborough city centre

 

How many people are in each lesson?

 

6 -12 people depending on course or class.

 

Do you provide private one - one lessons?

 

Yes we do but availability is limited

 

Are men allowed to attend?

 

Unfortunatley all lessons are strictly ladies only.

 

Is there an age or weight limit?

 

Ages range between 18 and 55.

There is no upper age limit

No weight restrictions
