Pole fitness differs from Pole dancing mainly by the exclusion of the sexual/sensual element.
During our Pole fitness lessons we treat the pole as a piece of fitness equipment.
Learning to spin, climb and invert on it. Floor work and transitions are included to help build strength and flexibility. As well as exercises to improve arm and core strength and stability.
